Amongst the several projects undertaken by these two companies were the greens in the Maraval valley, 72-luxury townhouse development completed in 1998. The project was a resounding success and subsequently spurred on two additional housing development, Coblentz Villas, 8 luxury townhouses in Cascade and West View Villas which is 16 townhouses situated on Diego Martin hillside.
