Accents CEO, Gary Owens joined in making this announcement. This announcement brings a 1,000 agent Sprint help desk to DirecOne, which implies a turning point to this industry. The 1,000 new agents are going to deliver in the US, professional customer care on behalf of Sprint. The new agents are all Trinidadians who have gone through intensive training to bring a high level of quality assurance to this new joint venture.
