A 21 year old San Juan man is the country’s latest murder victim

According to reports… at around 7pm last night… Kendell Francis was sitting in his silver grey motor car at Seales ave in Laventille when a group of men was seen approaching the car

Residents say they heard several loud explosions and upon checking found Francis, of Nizam Ave, El Socorro slumped at the wheel

He died at the scene after receiving 12 shots to the head

The Men were seen running away

Police officers and the District Medical Officer were called in

A motive is yet to be established for the killing
